a.)Once the products are shipped we cannot cancel the Order.
b.)All our products are checked for quality and defects by our quality team before dispatch. However, if the product received by the customer is defective, the return/exchange must be initiated within 3 days from the receipt of the product. No returns will be accepted or considered after that.
c.)To initiate the return, you must send us a photograph of the defected product and only after approval from our quality team, the return may be initiated
d.)Kindly package the return well, so that we receive the product in the same condition sent to you.
e.)All Shipping Costs are to be borne by the customer.
f.)Any signs of wear & tear to the product will be considered used & will not be liable for a Return or Refund.
g.)Only once the returned product is approved by our quality test team as defective, refunds will be processed (minus the shipping cost paid by us).
h.)Refunds once processed, will take minimum 10 working days to reflect into the bank account.
i.)All disputes are Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
